My name is Hanna Zborowska. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. I also studied law in Spain at the University of Salamanca and at UNIFOR in Fortaleza.

I am the only licensed Polish female real estate broker in Fortaleza (CRECI 6933, since 2009). I have been living in Fortaleza, Brazil, for 20 years, and for the past 17 years, I have passionately helped foreigners find a profitable investment or their dream home in paradise.

For 10 years, I served as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Fortaleza. I represented the Polish community, promoted Polish art and culture, and built bridges between Poland and Brazil.

For 15 years, I was a partner in a traditional Brazilian company specializing in real estate sales and rentals. After my divorce, however, I decided to follow my own path and created Brazilian Homes — a brand built on trust, knowledge, and international experience.

I work mainly with international clients because, as I often say, “no one understands a gringo as well as another gringo.” I provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire process: from purchasing a property and handling the documentation to interior design, rentals, and even home construction.

My mission is not simply to sell properties. I want to create spaces where people can feel truly happy.

Fortaleza is my home. This is where I have my two daughters, where I built my life, and where I feel I truly belong. As I often emphasize, I’m not going anywhere.
