Flow Cumbuco

Flow Cumbuco is an exceptional premium residential development designed directly on the beachfront in Cumbuco by Diagonal. The project combines contemporary architecture, tropical nature and an extensive leisure infrastructure. The buildings have been positioned to provide the apartments with ocean views. Their façades feature expansive glazing, deep balconies and adjustable sun-shading elements that provide privacy and protection from the sun. One of the development’s main highlights will be its spectacular beachfront pool area. Inspired by luxury resorts in the Maldives, the pool will extend across approximately 164 metres of ocean frontage and is expected to include: * an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, * wet decks and submerged lounging areas, * a swim-up bar, * a children’s pool, * elevated private Pool Houses with their own pools and ocean views. Flow Cumbuco will also offer: * an approximately 170 m² gym equipped with Technogym machines, * a spa, sauna, heated pool and ice bath, * a restaurant and event room, * a dedicated children’s area, * a clay tennis court and multipurpose sports court, * a coworking space, * an open-air cinema, * a mini-market and laundry facilities, * covered parking and electric-vehicle charging stations. The development will offer functional apartments of approximately 33 m² and 56 m², all featuring generous balconies. Ground-floor units may also include spacious private gardens. Flow Cumbuco is an attractive option both for those dreaming of owning a beachfront home and for investors seeking a holiday property in one of the most renowned destinations on Brazil’s northeastern coast.
